Lindsey C Boney IIII, CPA, CFEPrincipal
Lindsey joined Smith, Dukes & Buckalew, L.L.P. in January 2011. He was an audit partner with an international accounting firm from 1985 to 1995 where he was a designated firm specialist for audits of financial institutions and manufacturers. In addition to 22 years of public accounting experience he was a business owner for three years and was employed as a CFO for 12 years at two privately-held companies.
Lindsey is responsible for consulting services which include internal control reviews, risk assessments, litigation support, expert testimony, fraud investigation, business valuations and due diligence for business acquisitions.
He is a graduate of Auburn University, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). In addition to membership in professional organizations he serves on the Board of Trustees of The University of Mobile and on the advisory boards of the Salvation Army Mobile Area Command and Prodisee Pantry. He is an active member of Jubilee Baptist Church.
