Since joining the firm in 1992, Mark has served various entities and organizations in accounting, auditing and tax related matters. He has done extensive accounting and auditing work in the areas of employee benefit plans, not-for-profit and governmental organizations, real estate, manufacturing, as well as corporate, partnership and individual taxation.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Alabama. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA) . He has served on the executive committee and the young CPA committee of the Mobile Chapter of the Alabama Society of Certified Pubic Accountants and the Professional Advisory Board at the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse School of Accountancy.

He currently serves on the Planned Giving Council of L’Arche Mobile and the Board of Directors of the Mobile Touchdown Club.  He is also an active member of the Senior Bowl Committee.  Mark and his family are parishioners of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
